The Together4Change consortium consists of 4 organisations. Our vision is that people around the world are capable and willing to ensure the well-being of all children and to drive their own change.

Our mission is that, in collaboration with people and their organisations, we inspire co-creation of initiatives and ventures which enable long lasting social and economic change in order to ensure the well-being of all children and young people

 

Programmes

We have translated the vision, mission and strategy of Together4Change into three programmes.

Investing in social and economic change. This, the largest programme, is a complete programme at the community level. The aim is to impact upon the causes of poverty and social exclusion. The programme has two components:

• Civic Driven Change for the welfare of children;
• social entrepreneurship.

Child Protection. This programme focuses on strengthening the protection mechanisms for children to tackle neglect, abuse and exploitation. The goal of the programme is that children grow up in a safe and supportive family environment.

Action for Children. This programme focuses on improving fundraising for and by local organisations, and initiatives aimed at improving the welfare of children. In doing so, we address people in these countries with lower and medium-high incomes on the issue of their citizenship.
